Agility: You can pivot and change course without significant lags or downtime, and without majorly disrupting the productivity of your team.

Respectful: You treat employees, customers, and vendors respectfully. You lead by example.

‍

Humble: You don't sit in an ivory tower. You roll up your sleeves and work alongside employees. You give credit where credit is due, and see mistakes as learning experiences.

Optimistic: You understand that the cannabis industry is challenging and even frustrating at times. However, you remain steadfast in your drive to make a positive impact with your attitude, product, services, and the way you treat your team and colleagues.

If you don’t naturally hold these traits, with focus and intention, many of them can be learned. Not every executive is identical, nor is every company.
